XAPI VM Migration
Here's an overview of how xapi does migration of VMs. The code can be found in api.hg/ocaml/xapi/xapi_vm_migrate.ml.

| * send handshake to transmitter | |

| * activate VDIs (unless it's a localhost migrate) | |
